Midwest Deals Are Underrated

NEW YORK CITY-The coasts might get the most attention when it comes to high-profile transactions nowadays, but don't count out the Midwest. Baceline Investments of Denver is finding plenty of buying opportunities throughout the region, says David Puchi, the firm's managing partner. He is interviewed by GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter.
