HAMILTON COUNTY, OH-A development firm based out of Camp Washington, Vestige Redevelopment Corp. is planning to buy the 16-acre Kahn's plant from Hamilton County for $600,000 and redevelop it into an industrial park, which is likely to give rise to 200 jobs.

Vestige will have an obligation of $470,000 in the form of an environmental remediation grant from the Ohio state. The site was previously a meat-processing plant, which was later on donated to the county. For the full story, go to Cincinnati Business Journal.
