DALLAS-Home prices in Dallas-area climbed 3.47% in Q2 of 2010 compared to that of Q2 of 2009. The price increase in Dallas-area was higher compared to the average year-over-year increase of 1.4% statewide and home prices fell 1.6% nationwide.
The federal price study reveals that Dallas-area home prices are up by 10.4% compared to the price of homes five years back and up by 76% compared to the price of homes in Q1 of 1991. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
