NEW YORK CITY-As the end of summer season is coming closer, rental prices in Manhattan continue to grow higher. As of August 15, rental prices have gone up 4.6%, reveals Manhattan Rental Report of Real Estate Group NY.
Since February, rental prices have been increasing gradually. Prices of two-bedroom apartments without doormen rose 8.7% to $5,930 in TriBeCa. Average prices of doormen studios have climbed 5.48% in Harlem, 7.54% in Chelsea and 7.43% in the East Village. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
