SHELBYVILLE, IN-The City Council of Shelbyville has cleared the construction of a $7 million mixed-use commercial tower in the Intelliplex technology park. Racino and local money will fund the 50,000-square-foot facility, which is likely to open by mid-2011.
Groundbreaking for the project will be in September. The city is in talks with likely tenants including an educational institution, who is interested in leasing one-fifth of the tower. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
