BOSTON-On Wednesday, the US District Court filed federal charges against a Framingham real estate lawyer, Michael R. Anderson, in a case of mortgage fraud.

He is the fourth person to be charged in the fraud case that resulted in a number of foreclosed and abandoned properties in Roxbury and Dorchester. Anderson was charged with operating with associates to dupe purchasers to buy condos with false documentation. For the full story, go to Boston Globe.
