LINDEN, NJ-NAI James E. Hanson has brokered a 30,120-square-foot industrial lease transaction at 340 Stiles St. here. NAI Hanson vice president Barry J. Cohorsky represented the tenant, Total Freight Systems Corp, while Brittny Cantor was in-house representative for the landlord, the Cantor Cos.

"As a first-time owner in New Jersey, Total Freight was interested in finding a well- located industrial facility that is situated within close proximity to the ports of Elizabeth and Newark for use as its warehouse and distribution business,” Cohorsky tells GlobeSt.com.

Originally built in 1956, this industrial building sits on 28 acres and encompasses a total of 610,000 square feet. The property, which the tenant plans on utilizing for its warehouse, distribution and bonded freight needs, features 18-foot ceilings, 105 exterior loading docks and two drive-in entrances and is home to tenants such as Berks Warehouse and Gilbert East Carriers.
