AZUSA, CA-Christopher Development Group, a Newport Beach-based firm, has partnered with Costa Mesa-based Brookfield Homes Southland Group Inc. to complete the housing development project in Azusa.

The planned 517-acre community project with 1,250 homes was started in 2006 and due to the housing downtrend only a tenth of the homes were constructed and sold. The project, which is called Rosedale, is situated in Los Angeles County and the project's new development group is known as Rosedale Land Partners.
