EWING TWP., NJ-Newmark Knight Frank has leased more than 46,000 square feet of office space at 7 Graphics Dr. here, representing two separate tenants and bringing the 72,000-square-foot property to near full occupancy.

Cenlar, FSB has leased a total of almost 41,000 square feet on a long-term basis as an adjunct space to its headquarters building, which is less than a mile away. Steve Tolkach, managing principal of Newmark Knight Frank’s Princeton office, was the tenant representative. “Cenlar has been a client for more than a decade and this particular transaction involved a search for either a headquarters consolidation or a move of some of its current back office operations,” he tells GlobeSt.com.

“The 7 Graphics Dr. building turned out to be the right fit based on its location, the quality of the building and the strong economic package that the landlord, BioMed Realty Trust, put together," Tolkach says. John Cunningham of Colliers International represented BioMed. In addition, Tolkach, John Calvo and Dave Saltzman represented Geosyntec in a lease for 5,472 square feet in the same building.
