How To Win Friends and Influence People...in Commercial Real Estate

I received the above words from a reader in response to my blog post entitled: “Passive Brokers…Striving for Mediocrity”. It made me smile.

I truly enjoy receiving replies to my blogs…Yes! Even from those who disagree with me. In fact, those are sometimes the most fun of all! To the landlord broker in Tampa who responded to yesterday’s blog post, saying he’s also encountered tenant representation brokers who fit my description of mediocre landlord brokers, I stand corrected. Of course, mediocre brokers, the minority of the commercial real estate industry, exist in all areas, including landlord representation, tenant representation, investments, and elsewhere.
