CHICAGO-ACE Ltd. has put its Combined Insurance properties at 5051 N. Broadway and 5035 N. Broadway for sale through Auction.com for a staring bid price of $2.9 million. The online sale will be active till Thursday noon. ACE has roped Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to market the package.
