NASHVILLE-The 65-unit, high-end Belle Meade Court condos have been sold by Kenner Development owned by Tony Giarratana to Alvarez & Marsal Capital RE, an international financing company, for $11.5 million. The new owner will invest in landscape enhancement and additional bike racks.
