BRIDGEPORT, NJ-Roddy Inc. represented DGI Services LLC in leasing 80,000 square feet of the 108,000-square-foot building located at 540 Pedricktown Rd., part of the Pureland Industrial Complex here. Roddy president Frank Roddy arranged the transaction on behalf of the tenant, a single-source provider of integrated direct marketing campaigns.

The building also has around 5,600 square feet of office space and features mostly 24-foot clear heights, 100% wet sprinkler system, 15 tailgate loading doors, one drive-in door and four rail doors.

The facility is located near Exit 2 of the New Jersey Turnpike, the Commodore Barry Bridge, Interstate 95 and the Blue Route.
