BALTIMORE-Bethesda, MD-based developer Potomac Holdings has announced plans to start construction on a 323-bed, 11-story student housing for the University of Baltimore in April 2011, which will sit on a university-owned undeveloped land at the northeast corner of West Biddle Street and Maryland Avenue.

The developer will buy the property for $700,000 from the University of Baltimore Foundation. The $27 million, 124,000 square-foot tower will feature two- and four-bedroom units and 114 studios, which is expected to be complete by 2012 summer. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun.
