FORT MYERS, FL-Stoneybrook Investors, LLC has purchased a golf course located at Stoneybrook at Heritage in Bradenton from Lennar Homes, LLC for a total amount of $3,475,000.
The sale includes an 18-hole championship golf course, which was designed by Arthur Hills, a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse, full service restaurant, maintenance building, cart barn and pro shop.
