LAS VEGAS-An entity formed by the owners and developers of Tivoli Village has purchased 23 acres next to a mixed-use development. RA Southeast Land Co. acquired the vacant site situated on the southern part of Alta Drive at Rampart Boulevard for $11.75 million.

The first phase of Tivoli Village project will include 145,000 square feet of office space and 225,000 square feet of retail space. Sun Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, City National Bank, in the transaction. For the full story, go to Las Vegas Sun.
