Fulcrum Power Takes 34,132 SF in Greenway Plaza

HOUSTON-The retail energy provider consolidates three office locations into the top floor of 3800 Buffalo Speedway.

HOUSTON-Fulcrum Power Services L.P. has leased 34,132 square feet in Greenway Plaza. The retail electric provider is consolidating several offices into 3800 Buffalo Speedway, one of 10 buildings in the master planned business park.

Fulcrum Power, which provides retail power through its operating subsidiaries, Amigo Energy and Tara Energy, will occupy the top floor of the five-story, 155,801-square-foot building. The company’s main office is currently located on the 10th floor of Decorative Center Houston at the corner of Woodway Drive and Sage Road.
