NEW YORK CITY-The New York City Fire Department has leased 10,820 square feet of space at 512 W. 23rd Street in West Chelsea for an undisclosed rent to house a new Emergency Medical Service center. Ground-floor spaces in the area could fetch rents between $70 per square foot and $100 per square foot.

In the transaction, an in-house team represented the tenant, while Newmark Knight Frank represented the owner, Spindler family-owned Park-It Management. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
