ALLEN, TX-Construction is underway on TopGolf’s newest facility at The Village at Allen, regional, mixed-use lifestyle development. Earlier today, the company broke ground on its fourth all-weather sports and entertainment destination and its second location in Texas.

TopGolf specifically targeted Allen for the company’s latest prototype, according to Randy Starr, TopGolf’s chief development officer. The new 65,000-square-foot TopGolf Allen facility will include: a triple-decker tee line featuring 94 hitting bays; 5,000 square feet of private event space; a rooftop lounge terrace; and a full-service bar and restaurant. TopGolf Allen also will feature next generation touch screen game monitors and LCD TV’s in each hitting bay.

Norine Bowen, general manager of The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview, tells GlobeSt.com that TopGolf is a natural fit for the project. "The addition of TopGolf will further expand the sports and entertainment offerings at The Village at Allen," she says.
