BALTIMORE-The Social Security Administration has signed a deal with the US General Services Administration, which manages realty for government offices, to relocate its offices to 6100 Wabash Ave. development in Baltimore.

General Services has roped in Chevy Chase-based JBG Cos. to design and construct the two-tower facility spanning 538,000 square feet with 1,076-vehicle parking garage on a 11-acre site. Construction cost for the facility is $38.83 per square foot and is expected to be finished by 2014. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal.
