CHICAGO-Wi-Tronix LLC is moving its headquarters from a 5,500-square-foot office space at 440 Quadrangle Dr. to a new location in the southwest suburb. The firm has inked a lease for over 7.5 years with Forest City Enterprises for a 13,470-square-foot space at the Promenade.
Wi-Tronix plans to move to the Promenade, situated near the crossway of Janes Avenue and Boughton Road, early next year. CBIZ Gibraltar represented the tenant and Jim Adler of NAI Hiffman represented the owner in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
