DENVER-Dallas-based Granite Properties Inc. has put up a 31-story, 556,000-square-foot skyscraper named Granite Tower situated at 1099 18th Street in downtown Denver for sale. Denver-based Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado Inc. is handling the marketing of the property.

Granite Properties had purchased the high-rise tower from Philadelphia-based Amerimar Enterprises Inc. for $88.5 million, which translates into $160 per square foot, in 2005. The firm has also put its whole 3.1 million square feet of industrial assets named flex space worth $165 million in Texas for sale. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
