NEW YORK CITY-Bay Ridge Ford is opening a Ford dealership at 612 86th Street in Brooklyn, which will have a showroom measuring 7,500 square feet on a site spanning 27,000 square feet. The lease runs for 20 years, which includes an option to extend for another five years.
The firm also has plans to open a service and parts facility spanning 30,000 square feet inside the Brooklyn Army Terminal, an industrial complex located in Sunset Park.
