BRANCHBURG, NJ- CB Richard Ellis has completed of a 78,343-square-foot, long-term industrial lease at the Branchburg Sports Complex, located 47 Readington Rd. here. CBRE’s senior vice president, Thomas Monahan, and Stacey M. Weinberg, senior associate, represented both the landlord, the Hampshire Cos., and the tenant, Branchburg Sports Complex.
"In this transaction, the tenant, a start-up company, was in search of a centrally located, well-priced and flexible space that could be easily converted from a span warehouse to a functional sports complex," Monahan tells GlobeSt.com.
Situated off of Route 22, the single-story, freestanding industrial building is accessible to New York and Philadelphia via Routes 202 and 206, as well as Interstates 78 and 287. The Branchburg Sports Complex also contains an in-door lacrosse field with batting cages that will be used as a recreational sports facility for high schools within the area.
