NEW YORK CITY-Banana Republic, a division of Gap Inc., has subleased its 15,000 square feet of space at 524 Broadway on the southeast corner of Spring Street in SoHo neighborhood to Aritzia, a Canada-based retailer, until 2014. Rodney Propp was the owner of the building.

Robert K. Futterman represented both the tenant and the owner in the transaction. Scholastic magazine and Balthazar restaurant are the other tenants in the building. For the full story, go to New York Post.
