NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ-New Jersey is in pretty good shapes compared to other states because there wasn't a lot of overbuilding going on, like other once-booming parts of the country. So where are the opportunities? Infill building, of course, says Michael Seeve, president of Mountain Development. He spoke with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter at the recent RealShare New Jersey conference.
