HOUSTON-MEPT, a real estate equity fund worth $4 billion, has bought the Boardwalk at Town Center. The Broadwalk has 450 apartments on Riva Row in The Woodlands and is owned by USAA Real Estate Co. Cambridge Development Group and USAA Real Estate Co. jointly developed the property in 2008. The buyer was represented by Kennedy Associates.
