G&E Gets 891,000 SF of Northwest Contracts

PORTLAND, OR-Grubb & Ellis Co. recently snagged two substantial leasing contracts in the Northwest. Schnitzer West selected the company’s industrial group to lease 217 Distribution Center, a five-building manufacturing and distribution park in Beaverton, OR, offering approximately 445,000 square feet of space and Aegon USA Realty Advisors selected the company to lease and manage EastRidge Business Park, a 446,000-square-foot master-planned development in Vancouver, WA.

Steve Willhite, vice president, Mark Hush, vice president, Tyler Sheils, associate, and Patrick Ulch, associate, will serve as the leasing agents for 217 Distribution Center. “This distribution center is home to many high-profile tenants and provides great access, both auto and rail, to manufacturing and distribution tenants,” says Willhite. “The property also offers a unique opportunity with its superior visibility and signage along Highway 217.”
