NEW YORK CITY-The city's Economic Development Corp. is looking for a developer to redevelop a 130,000-square-foot site situated at the Bush Terminal Complex in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. This redevelopment is part of the Sunset Park Vision Plan of the city.

The city is seeking for bidders to lease the site and construct an industrial, manufacturing and distribution facility there. January 28 is the deadline for presenting proposals, and the land is expected to be leased by summer 2011. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
