NEW YORK CITY-The largest owner of office buildings in Manhattan, SL Green Realty Corp. has been participating actively in selling and buying properties this year, while other investors have been unwilling to enter into the market.

Recently, SL Green has started investing in the renovation of 1775 Broadway. The firm has acquired three other buildings and sold two assets this year, and is now planning to take advantage of distressed situations and lower prices before the property market backlashes.
