CHICAGO-Ventures of Henry Crown & Co. have recently purchased three small suburban office towers for $10.2 million. The sellers of suburban office buildings were ventures headed by George R. Matocha Jr. of Matocha Associates.

The 54,785-square-foot Oakbrook Terrace building was sold for $4.24 million, the 55,729-square-foot Oak Brook property was traded for $3.5 million and the 37,150-square-foot Clarendon Hills building was sold for $2.5 million.
