NEW YORK CITY-Sierra Realty is leasing out 40,000 square feet of space in a seven-story building located at 140 William Street.

Sierra Realty had purchased the building for $11.35 million from former owner Kent Swig. Sierra Realty stated that the company would be open to leasing out the property to both commercial and residential tenants. The asking rate for the building is $120 per square foot per annum for retail space and about $30 per square foot for office space. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
