ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Ramp Logistics has inked a three-year lease agreement with Costa Mesa-based Burke Real Estate Group Inc. for an industrial space measuring 41,000 square feet at 14520 Delta Lane in Huntington Beach. The company, which has leased the space for $750,000, will share the 185,000-square-foot building with two other firms.
