BLOOMFIELD, NJ-Prism Capital Partners LLC recently closed several long-term lease transactions totaling 37,000 square feet at BroadAcres Office Park here. In total, Edwin H. Cohen and Eugene Diaz, principals, served as in-house representatives for Prism, which owns and manages the 380,000-square-foot, class A campus.
Alliance Advisors leased 8,900 square feet for its headquarters at 200 Broadacres Dr. The five-year-old proxy solicitation and advisory firm relocated to the property from Upper Montclair, NJ. Michael Maroon from the Acclaim Group served as tenant broker for Alliance Advisors.
Philadelphia-based Comcast Corp. a long-time subtenant at 400 Broadacres Dr., signed a new direct lease for its space at BroadAcres Office Park. Frank Truesdell from Binswanger served as tenant broker in the transaction.
NCC Media renewed its 10,400-square-foot lease at 400 Broadacres Dr. Headquartered in Manhattan, the ad sales, marketing and technology organization represents cable, satellite and telco operators. Gregg Najarian, Erik H. Schmall and Joseph J. Messina from Studley represented NCC Media during the negotiations.
