TriGranit Completes $526M MXD Refinance

BUDAPEST, HUNGARY-WestEnd comprises 535,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, 225,000 square feet of office and a Hilton hotel.

BUDAPEST, HUNGARY-Hungarian real estate investment, development and management company TriGranit has completed a $526 million refinancing of Budapest's WestEnd City Center with a syndicate of banks, arranged by pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.

The facility was provided by K&H Bank, MKB Bank, OTP Bank, pbb, and Unicredit. “The majority of the banks in the new consortium have been involved in the financing of WestEnd for more than 10 years now,” said Trigranit Chairman S
