LOS ANGELES-The multifamily market is turning around, and demand shouldn't decrease any time soon with continued uncertainty in home ownership and an increasing population, said Sharon Dworkin Bell, senior vice president of multifamily at the National Association of Homebuilders. But problems with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and a changing political landscape both pose risks, she said here, speaking with GlobeSt.com's Bob Howard at RealShare Apartments 2010.
