LAS VEGAS-John Guedry has been named managing director of the Las Vegas operations of CB Richard Ellis, succeeding former office leader Patricia A. Nooney, who has moved to senior managing director of institutional services for CBRE’s Florida operations. In his new role, Guedry will oversee the delivery of brokerage, investment sales and other services to CBRE’s clients throughout Southern Nevada.

Guedry has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including most recently as executive vice president and manager of City National Bank’s Nevada Region, where he was the bank’s senior executive for community and civic activities. Guedry, who has been a Las Vegas resident for over 35 years, will bring a record of business development, strategic planning and execution, and community involvement, said Steve Swerdlow, president of the western division of CBRE.
