DALLAS-The new owners of a development site situated in North Dallas are not in a hurry to develop the site. A partnership established by Kroenke Holdings purchased the 42-acre site located at the northwest corner of North Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane on November 12.
The site is zoned for a mixed-use development having apartments, retail, residential and commercial spaces. The firm has purchased the land as a long-term investment and has planned to develop it in the coming year. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
