PARSIPPANY, NJ-Nielsen Co. and the US General Services Administration have taken additional spaces at 10 Waterview Blvd., a class A office building at the Waterview Corporate Center here.

Media research company Nielsen, a tenant of the building since 1994, has signed for 34,000 square feet, expanding its former space by about 3,000 square feet. The GSA has signed a 25,000-square-foot lease, approximately 8,700 square feet larger than its previous space, acting on behalf of the Food and Drug Administration, which occupies the space. The building consists of 208,601 square feet of office space on three levels, and was recently renovated.
