WAKEFIELD, MA-Stebbins Duffy is selling 545 Salem St. to Costantino Richards Rizzo LLP for $2 million. The sale, brokered by Michael McCarthy and David Gilkie of NAI Hunneman, displaces Stebbins out of the 12,350-square-foot office. NAI Hunneman, however, helped place Stebbins into 10 Technology Dr. in nearby Peabody, MA.

The exclusive leasing agent for the property, NAI Hunneman secured 5,317-square-feet for the seller in the 51,000-square-foot office. Bill Clark repped Stebbins, while NAI Hunneman represented the owner Haddar Buildings. The property was purchase in an off-market transaction.

Costantino will make 545 Salem its headquarters. The accounting and consulting firm will move from 601 Edgewater Dr. here. "Costantino was looking to acquire a facility which could also house their operations and wished to stay in Wakefield," McCarthy says, in a release. "The newly acquired building not only provides an ideal office space and plenty of room to grow in the future for our client, but also serves as a great investment vehicle."
