HOLLYWOOD, CA-A vacant area in North Hollywood's NoHo Commons retail center has finally been occupied after nearly a year on the market.

While details of the tenant remain unknown, a representative of the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Group has confirmed that the new tenant will not be a grocery or supermarket chain. The anchor space in the retail center was previously occupied by HOWS supermarket but was forced to vacate the space in February 2010 due to low sales.
