NEW YORK CITY-Metis Associates is joining the ranks of 30 nonprofit organizations in the 120 Wall Street building. The company has signed a 10-year lease for a space measuring 19,500 square feet in the building.

Metis Associates will occupy the 21st floor of the building which includes tenants such as United Negro College Fund, United Way of America and National Urban League.
