NEW YORK CITY-Winston & Strawn, a law firm, has signed a lease deal for 15 years with Tishman Speyer for 280,000 square feet at 200 Park Ave. The firm has been in the MetLife Building, at 200 Park Ave., since mid-1990s.
Asking rents in the building were $70-90 per square foot. Mitchell Steir, Matthew Barlow and John Mambrino of Studley represented the tenant, while the landlord had in-house representation in the transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post.
