SUMMIT, NJ-A perennial favorite among New Jersey real estate executives, the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors held its holiday party yesterday evening at the Huntley Tavern here.

The crowd, which included GlobeSt.com's very own blogger Andrew B. Zezas of Real Estate Strategies Corp. (among many other major names), came to catch up and discuss the state of the market.

While many attendees agreed that the market was better off than in 2009, several were still skeptical that things would turn around as soon as 2011. Still, the mood was decidedly upbeat as guest gathered to ring in this holiday season.
