MIAMI-Silverspot and MDM Development Group have entered into an agreement to open a boutique movie theatre at the Metropolitan Miami. The Metropolitan Miami is set to be the centerpiece of the Met Square entertainment complex, for which construction is set to begin by 2011.
The new movie theatre is expected to have all the state-of-the-art features such as projection and sound technology, high-tech sound panels, among others. The theatre will also feature a kitchen and bar for customers. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
