HOBOKEN, NJ-Despite temperatures in the low 20s, a sizeable crowd turned out for NAIOP New Jersey’s Developing Leaders mixer at Mulligan’s bar and restaurant here.
Limited to industry members who are 35 and under, the event drew a diverse crowd that was mainly a mix of brokers, building owners and prospective tenants.
Chalk it up to youthful bliss but nearly every attendee seemed optimistic about the direction of the market in 2011, as well as the overall economy.
