NEW YORK CITY-A.C. Lawrence & Company, a residential real estate brokerage firm that recently merged with Century 21 NY Metro, is moving into its former offices measuring 13,000 square feet near Grand Central. The deal was carried out in-house.

A.C. Lawrence will use the office space for its new commercial arm and to better its recruitment and training, said the firm principal, Anthony DeGrotta. The firm planned to move in the spring, but took over the property as opportunity came. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
