NEW YORK CITY-Private realty investment company, Beck Street Capital has earned huge profit by selling six stores in Bleecker Street to American Realty Capital. The properties are located at 382-384, 387 and 367-369 in Bleecker Street.

American Realty has paid $34 million for the properties. Massey Knakal Realty Services brokered the deal. Beck Street bought the retail assets in 2003 for $17.8 million. Marc Jacobs, Mulberry, Burberry and Michael Kors are some of the tenants. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
