WASHINGTON, DC-Mortgage rates have climbed up for the fourth consecutive week. According to Freddie Mac, the average value of 30-year fixed-rate mortgages climbed to 4.61% from that of 4.46% last week.

The average value of 15-year fixed-rate mortgages increased to 3.96% from 3.81%. The average value of a 1-year adjustable rate mortgage jumped to 3.27% from that of 3.25% last week.
