EDISON, NJ-Four new leases have been signed at Onyx Equities’ two-building Edison Square Office Park here. The new tenants have signed for nearly 31,000 square feet at the 166,000-square-foot complex at 2025 and 2035 Lincoln Highway.
L&T Infotech has completed a 15,603-square-foot lease expansion, bringing it to a total of 34,121 square feet, while Oceana Therapeutics has expanded its lease by 3,171 square feet, resulting in 12,819 square feet of total space. Carrickmore P&D, meanwhile, signed a 1,423-square-foot new lease and Checkpoint HR renewed its 11,896-square-foot lease.
“These transactions demonstrate our ability to secure long-term relationships among a variety of clients,” explains Michael K. Nevins, vice president of asset management at Onyx Equities. Jones Lang Salle represented the tenants and the landlord in the L&T Infotech, Carrickmore and Checkpoint HR leases, as well as the landlord in the Oceana Therapeutics agreement. CB Richard Ellis represented Oceana.
